The problem we chose

India installs millions of surveillance cameras every year. Almost all of them share the same fate: they record quietly, nobody watches, and the footage is opened only after something has already gone wrong — if the camera was even working that day.

We founded VC Technosolutions in June 2020 to change that outcome. Not by selling another camera, but by building a retrofit intelligence layer over the estate a customer already owns — brand-agnostic, no rip-and-replace — together with the people and response infrastructure to act on what it sees.

That full-stack position is our moat. Competitors sell software, or they sell manpower. We are accountable for the outcome: the intrusion deterred, the accident prevented, the fraud caught.

Headquartered in Navi Mumbai with offices in Bangalore and Delhi, we deploy and service nationwide through an in-house engineering team and a 100+ partner installation network.

Rajesh Lamba

Founder & Managing Director

With over 15 years building businesses around IoT and surveillance products across Indian and Asian markets, Rajesh founded VC Technosolutions in 2020 — and has led it from a surveillance hardware supplier to an indigenous AI platform company protecting the branches of India's largest banks, the kitchens of the world's biggest QSR brands, and the docks of its busiest warehouses.

He remains hands-on with flagship deployments — designing bank-scale cloud recording architectures spanning thousands of branches, and leading on-ground AI assessments at warehouses and plants — working directly with CXOs and policy-makers. His conviction is simple: security technology should be judged by incidents prevented, not devices sold.

Ashok Kumar

Co-Founder

Ashok brings 15+ years of experience heading end-to-end operations in the IoT, VSAT, ELV and IBMS industries. His strength is turning industry pain points into engineered solutions — he has architected techno-commercial solutions for market leaders across MEP projects, PSUs, metros, QSRs, food production, warehousing and logistics.

At VC Tech he leads solution architecture and delivery — from maker–checker command centre workflows to on-site warehouse AI assessments — and has built the company's project, pre-sales and solutioning teams from scratch, with a long-standing preference for developing fresh talent.
